Arriving at RZE

Rzeszow Airport stands at Jasionka, a village 14 km north of the city, in the Podkarpackie region. Since 24 March 2024 its official name has been Port lotniczy Rzeszów-Jasionka im. Rodziny Ulmów, after the Ulma family, Poles murdered by the German occupiers in 1944 for sheltering Jews. The terminal is small and quick to clear, so the time between landing and sitting in the car usually amounts to however long the bags take.

A car booked at this terminal rarely stops at the city limits. The A4 runs west towards Krakow and east towards Przemyśl, the S19 and national road 9 reach the rest of Podkarpacie, and one chauffeur stays with you for the whole distance, however long it turns out to be. Journeys that run city to city work exactly like our intercity rides: one price for the vehicle, agreed before you pay.
The border is the other reason to fly into RZE. Rzeszow is the closest Polish airport to Ukraine, and after Russia's attack it became the main western gateway for that journey: aid arrived here from around the world, and refugees were evacuated through the same terminal. We drive to the crossings, Medyka and the Przemyśl area among them, and that is where the ride ends: our chauffeurs work in Poland and do not cross the border in either direction. Name the crossing and the hour in the booking form, and a car will be waiting there, at night as readily as at noon.
Leaving the terminal
Jasionka sits 14 km from central Rzeszow, so anything on this list gets you into the city quickly. The choice weighs more here than at most airports, because a good share of the people walking out of arrivals are not going to Rzeszow at all: they are heading east, towards the crossings.
a regional rail ticket
The link opened in 2023 and departs at set times, so a late landing can leave you on the platform with the bags.
a city bus ticket
The city stops sit by Rzeszów Główny station, the coach station on Bardowskiego and plac Wolności, so most addresses still leave you a walk.
metered
The meter settles the fare after the fact, and a run east turns into a negotiation before you get in.
The same car takes the whole distance at Jasionka, whether the run ends in Rzeszow or carries on towards the border: the chauffeur loads the bags at the terminal door and stays with you to the end of it. On the longer runs, air conditioning and water on board turn the drive into working time or a nap instead of two hours to sit through.
Some of the people we collect at Jasionka are going into Rzeszow or deeper into Podkarpacie, others are heading east to the border. We follow the flight, and one car covers either journey, door to door.
Included as standard
We watch your inbound flight and move the pickup with it, whether you land early or sit on the tarmac for two hours.
Your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board and walks you to the car with the luggage.
The first hour after touchdown belongs to you, which covers the walk through the terminal, the bag belt and any queue on the way.
Take a sedan when there are one or two of you, or a van when the group and the cases need the extra room.
You see the figure for your exact route before you pay, and it holds for the whole ride.
Your chauffeur speaks English, knows the roads out of Jasionka and handles the practicalities while you rest.
The same booking covers a full day's drive: another Polish city, an address on the far side of the region, or a crossing on the eastern frontier.

Good to know
In the arrivals hall, by the exit for passengers. Your driver holds a board with the name from the booking, and you get a direct phone number by email the day before, so you can reach them from beside the baggage belt if you want to.
To the border, yes. Medyka and the crossings around Przemyśl are ordinary destinations for us, and we set you down at the crossing or at an address beside it. Lviv lies beyond it, and our cars stay on the Polish side, so you continue with transport arranged for the Ukrainian leg. Pickups work the same way in reverse: we wait on this side for someone who has just come through.
Yes, at every hour of the day and night. The last landings of the day are routine at this airport, and your driver follows the inbound aircraft, so a delay changes when the car sets off, never whether it comes.
Around twenty minutes on the road when traffic allows. Destinations further out across the region take proportionally longer, and we confirm the timing for your exact address when you book.
Put the terminal in as your pickup, add where you are going, and the form returns a figure for that pair of points before any payment and without an account. It buys the whole car, so a family of four settles it once.
