Which airports do you serve?
All major Polish airports, including Krakow (KRK), Warsaw Chopin (WAW), Modlin (WMI), Gdansk (GDN), Wroclaw (WRO), Katowice (KTW), Poznan (POZ) and Rzeszow (RZE). Krakow, Katowice and Warsaw airport routes have flat rates; for the rest, the booking form returns an instant quote for your address.
How do I know my driver is waiting?
We send you the driver's name and phone number before arrival. Your driver will be in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real-time and automatically adjust pickup times. You receive 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing at no extra charge.
Can I book a transfer for a group?
We offer V-Class vans or equivalent for up to 7 passengers, and multiple vehicles for larger groups. The price is per vehicle, not per seat, so the per-person cost drops as your group grows.
Why do some airports show a price and others don't?
Krakow, Katowice and Warsaw airport routes have flat rates we publish up front. Everywhere else the fare depends on your exact address, so the booking form prices it in seconds instead. Either way you see the full figure before you pay, and it is per vehicle.
