Most visitors land at Krakow Airport in Balice, half an hour from the Old Town. Low-cost flights often use Katowice-Pyrzowice instead, one straight drive down the S1 and A4, and long-haul connections usually come through Warsaw Chopin.
Whichever you choose, the booking works the same way: your chauffeur tracks the flight and waits in arrivals, however late you land. Prices below are per vehicle.
Side by side
Balice
The simplest arrival for most visitors.
Pyrzowice
Direct run to Krakow via the S1 and A4.
Airport
Poland's largest airport, for itineraries the smaller ones can't serve.
Arriving overland
Priced the same way as an airport pickup: per vehicle, confirmed before you book.
